Of course there are no kernels in this ice cream. That would be gross. For this flavor we pick the freshest corn from Olathe, Colorado, slice off the kernels, boil them in skim milk and “milk” the corn sweetness out of them. We then swirl the corn milk with our cream and add a homemade blackberry puree swirl. You won’t believe how good it is until you try it.
