Kids shouldn’t be the only ones having fun around the fire. Denver Brewing Company makes a fantastic graham cracker porter that we reduce and stream into our cream as we churn it. For our mix ins, we roast the mallows in house for a more complex flavor, and by adding in premium crushed graham crackers we try to bump up the flavor of the porter. We also mix in chopped Hershey bars for the classic s’mores flavor that you know and love.
