Our honey lavender is made with Colorado honey from Rifle, Colorado and lavender from Palisade, Colorado. We carefully select honey that would be from bees pollinating wildflowers that are found in Summit County. So maybe, just maybe you could say it’s good for your health! We then make our own blackberry puree from whole berries and carefully swirl it into the ice cream.
